MyButler is an on demand personal butler service that gives our clientele the ability to create more time in their day. For a monthly subscription fee, our clients are assigned either a classically-trained European butler or a contemporary butler to complete unwanted errands.
Job Description
Provide exceptional customer service and support in client interactions
Manage the performance of service to clients to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
Form strong relationships with clients and vendors to best understand their expectations and needs
Adhere to predefined Service Management Process and identify opportunities to improve service delivery
Create and maintain detailed records of clientele, vendors, and service orders to ensure quality
Manage the daily schedule of appointments to coordinate pickup and delivery services
Conduct pickup and delivery to and from client and vendor sites
Generate and dispense order status reports, receipts and confirmation emails to clients
Submit all service delivery process records to management in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain confidentiality of all client and service provider information
Applicant Requirements
0-3 years of personal service experience (estate management, hospitality, personal assistant)
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
Excellent time management and organization skills
Superior interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
