SMS Assist is proud to announce numerous openings within the Marketing team during this exciting point in our company’s growth.  One new position is the Salesforce and HubSpot Administrator.  We recognize the facility maintenance industry is not known for creative or bold marketing campaigns, but we want your help to change that. Our Marketing team is working to re-invent the way potential customers and Affiliates see our brand just like our company has changed the way nationwide brands view facilities maintenance.

Core Responsibilities of the Salesforce and HubSpot Administrator:

  • Manage the strategy and optimization of both Salesforce and HubSpot instances, including supporting and integrating other software tools used by the Marketing and Sales teams
  • Assist the Marketing and Sales teams with lead management procedures that include monitoring, reporting and designing new processes
  • Design, standardize and evaluate workflows, lists, tasks, sequences, and data flows
  • Train sales and internal teams on the most effective ways to utilize Salesforce and HubSpot through best practices
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce and Hubspot training materials
  • Develop, enhance, and/or evaluate new features and new technologies
  • Estimate and develop schedules for team projects
  • Spearhead continuous improvement to create and improve automation initiatives
  • Design, manage and run nurturing campaigns
  • Independently manage time and tasks related to multiple projects
  • Collaborate and develop inbound lead generating strategies

 Key Competencies of the Salesforce and HubSpot Administrator:

  • Conceptualize automation ideas and bring them to reality
  • Understand how to test and optimize your approach on an ongoing basis
  • Practice excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Pay attention to details

 Education and Experience Requirements of the Salesforce and HubSpot Administrator:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in Marketing
  • 2-4 years of experience working with Salesforce and HubSpot 
  • Experience with instructional design and development is preferred
  • Confidence and the ability to communicate effectively to small and large groups
  • Independent and self-driven
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization and people across multiple departments
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Prior marketing and sales operations with administration experience
  • Technology background preferred
