Implementation Training & Enablement Specialist
About The Role
The Implementation Training & Enablement Specialist will work closely with the Implementation Training & Enablement Manager to support our implementation team in operating more efficiently and providing a better and more consistent experience to our customers. The Implementation Enablement Specialist will support the development and maintenance of:
- Implementation tools and documentation
- A knowledge base of implementation best practices
- Client training materials
- New team member training content
The ideal candidate will have strong problems solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently on multiple projects. Experience with creating content and writing communications is preferred.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Development and maintenance of implementation methodology materials and tools such as info sheets, presentation decks, playbooks, workbooks, etc., working collaboratively with the Training & Enablement Manager and other members of the Implementation Team
- Assist in the development and delivery of onboarding and ongoing training for implementation team new hires and existing staff.
- Continuously update implementation documentation with product changes or new features as they are released.
- Research and deliver information to support projects and content creation.
- Prepare client training documentation with content specific to their configuration
- Prepare workbooks and decks to support the Implementation team during client engagements.
- Assist in executing training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually for clients and implementation team
- Manage the solicitation and reporting on client feedback
- Performs other projects or duties as required
What We're Looking For
- BA/BS in relevant field of work or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of Process Improvement, Training Development, SaaS Implementation or Support, Customer Success, or Ops experience
- Experience with training content development preferred
- Experience with process improvement initiatives/projects preferred
- Effective communication, especially in written form
- Must be comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Must have excellent business communication, facilitation, writing and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and balance multiple priorities
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Experienced MS Office User. G-Suite and Process Mapping is a plus.
