Job Description
We’re seeking a Senior IT Business System Analyst who is a lifetime student, and passionate about using technology to achieve business goals. S/he will be part of our IT team that partners with our company's Services & Software Enterprise business teams, primarily focusing on the Oracle ERP areas of Quoting, Subscriptions, Service Contracts, and Installed Base. As an Oracle BSA, you will work on state of the art ERP application systems. We have a global ERP instance with over 150 applications installed, as well as Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. As a part of the team you will be responsible for enhancing our current systems and designing and implementing our future state ERP solutions.
Scope of Responsibilities / Expectations
Work with our Services & Software Enterprise business partners to understand their needs, develop creative designs, and drive the development, testing and implementation of IT solutions.
Use your business acumen, technical skills, and knowledge of Oracle applications to design solutions, estimate effort, and manage solution delivery.
Support the Services & Software Enterprise business unit user community in streamlining their processes and systems
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional IT & Business partners to meet commitments, work through issues and challenges, and complete tasks on time and on budget.
Translate complex business issues into requirements, technical solution designs, process flows, and configuration documents
Work with business users to develop acceptance test scenarios, identify test data, and execute the scenarios. Troubleshoot, debug & resolve issues, and document test results.
Desired Background/Knowledge/Skills
5+ years of relevant experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
2-3 implementations in Oracle eBusiness Suite, 1 implementation in Oracle Fusion Cloud
Ability to build relationships, influence key decision-makers, and collaborate on a cross-functional team comprised of diverse personalities, skill sets, and levels of experience
Experience in Oracle Service Contracts, Subscription management, Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Installed base, and/or Financials modules
Detail oriented, proactive self-starter, who demonstrates independent thinking and problem solving ability.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional & geographically dispersed teams
Ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences, both business and technical
Working knowledge of: WedADi and Oracle Workflow & Approvals Mgmt Engine

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline and 5+ years of Oracle experience OR Master's degree with 3+ years of Oracle experience
