What you’ll bring:

 

  • Complex data analysis experience; Tableau preferred.
  • Experience in reading, understanding, exporting and managing Kenna and BitSight data.
  • Experience: 8+ years of professional experience with an IT background demonstrating influencing senior leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in IT, Computer Science, Business, or other relevant topics; experience and / or understanding of IT risk preferred

  • Leadership: Excellent organizational leadership skills working with senior management through individual contributors, while partnering within the team.
  • Analysis: Experience with IT analytical techniques to correlate cause and effects, especially around risk rating, impacts and controls.
  • Problem solving: Ability to quickly identify and resolve problems and to gather and analyze information skillfully, getting to the root cause; partner with internal customer as needed.
  • Communication: Strong technical, analytical, and problem solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills: Must possess strong people skills and professionalism with the ability to maintain good working relationships with colleagues at all levels; must have a strong customer-focused attitude with the ability to listen, understand and respond quickly to customers

 

 

Impact you’ll make:

 

  • Within the first 90 days, you will gain an understanding of the existing GRC operating model and the two-year maturity roadmap, deep dive into the existing reporting suite and meet key internal customers.
  • Beyond 90 days, you will play an active role in expanding the existing reporting capabilities and make incremental enhancements to the executive reporting suite and begin to support / shadow GRC Partner.
  • In this role, you will actively improve the risk posture for TransUnion – both IT and the business in small incremental moves and larger initiatives.
