Job Description

We are seeking a Manager of IT to take ownership of internal IT systems and processes within the organization. Though you won't start from scratch, you will have the unique opportunity of building out a robust IT program suitable for a growing hybrid remote healthcare SaaS startup. You will work to automate IT related processes, provision and secure a fleet of devices, manage and configure vendor software, and provide support to staff.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Management of IT assets and inventory
  • SSO administration including LDAP and SAML. We use Google Cloud Identity as our SSO provider.
  • Management and configuration of MDMs, physical security keys, and various SaaS accounts. We use Cloud Identity and Kolide (osquery).
  • Assisting with employee on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Managing the on-site office network, phone systems and facilities
  • Responding to IT support requests and working to reduce the need for support through training, documentation, and automation
  • Managing the IT budget, licensing, and purchasing
  • Managing relationships with SaaS vendors

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience with IT in a highly regulated industry (such as healthcare or finance)
  • Strong understanding of end-user computing tools, hardware, application software, networking, communications and mobile technologies
  • Experience configuring SSO providers and MDM systems
  • Experience managing end-to-end projects in collaboration with cross-functional groups
  • Provisioning and troubleshooting employee devices
  • Leadership experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Above and beyond organization skills
