We are currently seeking a IT Manager that will take over and manage many of our internal IT requirements. This will be a new role that will allow the right person the ability to have an immediate impact on the organization and will also afford the opportunity to collaborate with multiple internal and external departments on a variety of IT related projects.

What Your Day Could Consist Of:

• Manage the Global Systems Operations team, ensuring best practices and consistency
• Effectively lead the maintenance and development of systems management platforms, help desk tools, alerting, and account provisioning/deprovisioning systems
• Identify and lead efforts to implement improvements and automations for routine and repetitive tasks
• Develop and maintain technical and procedural documentation
• Develop and execute system patching routines across a diverse set of operating systems and applications
• Coordinate Active Directory administration and automation (including auditing, account cleanup and optimization)
• Engage with Support Services, Systems Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to ensure new technologies and solutions are properly documented and managed
• Ensure SLA’s, response times and recovery time objectives are met
• Contribute to organizational policy regarding technology standards and strategic planning
• Collaborate with the Information Security team to ensure that IT systems are secure and highly available

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline or 5+ years of professional Information Technology management experience
• Strong knowledge of IT security, encryption, mobile device management, VOIP telephony, macOS management, Ubuntu Linux, and computer networking
• Experience managing Apple computers in an enterprise environment
• Experience with Windows workstations, Google G-Suite Administration
• Experience in management and development of at least one other team member
• This role frequently communicates/interacts with individuals; must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and creativity is a must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively interact with numerous individuals
