The IT Senior Manager - Finance business relationship, and M&A integration role is a key leadership role within the IT department at Motorola Solutions.

Job Description
The IT Senior Manager role is in the Enterprise Functions team within the IT department at Motorola Solutions.
The IT Senior Manager will work with business leaders, IT resources and third-party implementation partners to implement and maintain Finance, Legal and HR applications. In addition, the IT Senior Manager will play a pivotal leadership role in leading acquired companies into MSI core processes and systems.
We are looking for an experienced leader who will play a key leadership role, building strong relationships with business partners and providing strategic, tactical oversight in key initiatives.
This role typically has the following responsibilities:
Build strong relationships and closely partner with senior business leaders to evaluate, plan and deliver key initiatives
Lead cross functional team of technical and functional resources on key initiatives, enabling technologies to deliver business value
Develop strategies and roadmaps to drive transformation in assigned business functions
Scope, plan, initiate, lead and deliver large complex acquisition integration projects
Coach, mentor and develop the team
Oversight and monitor the application service providers, and ensure optimal support for the business functions
Consistently and effectively communicate across various levels of the organization
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in math, finance, engineering, business or related discipline is required
Experience with integrating acquisitions into core business and systems
Knowledge of accounting, and financial processes and software applications
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Strong verbal/written communication & presentation skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Demonstrate willingness to learn new technologies and skillsets
Strong track record of developing talent and building high-performing team
Desired Skills:
Working knowledge of ERP financial systems, especially Oracle ERP
Knowledge of Agile development methodology and Jira
Ability to partner with cross-functional team members to deliver solutions
Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in math, finance, engineering, business or related discipline is required
