This is a part-time hourly role for up to 30 hours per week. Scheduling is flexible, and we can work with you to accommodate college course schedules or other commitments. 

This is an in-office position with the potential to work remotely part of the time, depending on work assignments. 

What you’ll be doing as our IT Specialist:

  • Managing office networking equipment: Cisco managed switches and Ubiquiti Wi-fi access points
  • Setting up user accounts and installing software on macOS computers
  • Troubleshooting unfamiliar technology to solve problems for users
  • Providing helpful service for internal customers
  • Making recommendations for IT process improvements

Requirements:

  • Experience in a professional work environment, internships included
  • Experience, training, or demonstrated aptitude with common IT tasks
  • Ability to climb a ladder 
  • Ability to lift 30 lb overhead
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some college preferred
