IT Support Specialist
The Opportunity
As an IT Support Specialist you will be responsible for deploying, maintaining and troubleshooting all client-computing and A/V equipment within the environment. You will effectively balance the resolution of support tickets with large scale team projects and rollouts. Excellent customer service, communication, attention to detail, and troubleshooting skills are essential to being successful in this position.
This role directly impacts the company's success, one person at a time. You'll build relationships with users while diagnosing and resolving their computing issues. You will grow with your team on a professional level and gain exposure to industry-leading tools and applications in the process.
To be successful, you'll need
- A passion for technology and a drive to improve upon it.
- A firm understanding of both Windows and MacOS operating systems.
- The ability to break down problems and document the resolutions.
- The ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and basic networking problems.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly attitude.

- A strong work ethic and ability to self-govern on projects.
