IT Technical Support: RXBAR is one of the fastest growing natural brands in the country and this explosive growth requires more technical support for our organization infrastructure to be successful. 

Our ideal candidate has sufficient knowledge of IT operations, understands workflow processes, and procedures and can resolve most inquiries independently. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively with local and remote staff. The IT Technical Support role will be the first team member on-site to handle all IT and A/V issues.

 General Functions + Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurately identify, prioritize, escalate and log service requests accordingly
  • Diagnose hardware and software problems by asking accurate, concise questions in a professional and timely manner
  • Reset network passwords, resolve print queue problems, manage escalation and transfer request to senior IT staff as appropriate
  • Understand computer terms and acronyms for escalating server and higher-level issues
  • Proactively seek out and implement new processes and procedures
  • Manage IT hardware inventory for RXBAR Headquarters and remote team members
  • Imaging of computers

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and an excitement for growing our business
  • 1-4 years’ experience in helpdesk IT services, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Understanding of Windows based applications, SaaS and IaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with Google Suites and Microsoft Suite of products
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate technical terms into non-technical language
  • Self-starter who is extremely result and detail-oriented
  • Desire to excel and grow with the organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment across multiple locations and offices
  • Highly adaptable and resourceful with creative problem-solving abilities
  • PCI DSS Compliance experience is a plus
