Job Description
This position is responsible for supporting the process for getting enterprise solutions agents ready to sell compliantly. Ready to sell is defined as:
- Applying for the correct licensure for each enterprise solutions tier 2 agent
- Applying for the carrier appointments for each enterprise solutions tier 2 agent
- Ensuring each agent has the correct, required system access (in-house and carrier). This is inclusive but not limited to; Five9, IEX, Broker Office, Salesforce, SMA and Aflac
- Ensuring each agents has completed all required e-learning both in-house and carrier
Responsibilities
- Partner with Program Management and RTS Manager by informing them of all the agents’ status and the critical nature of the non-action
- Escalate to the Manager before situations become critical
- Assist with the scheduling and coordination of the licensing testing
- Support and execute the processes and expectations for failure to pass the licensing exams and retesting expectations
- During RAMP, produces content and reporting for agent RTS statuses and works with RTS and Operations Management to report on the action items
- Tracks and reports on all e-learning module completion (both in-house and carrier)
- Follows up on reports and any licensing issues to the RTS Manager
- Recommends agent re-assignment or termination depending on the licensing issue
- Makes recommendations to RTS manager on barrier solutions this may include:
- Re-assigning agents to different campaigns
- Terminating agents due to licensing /background issues
- Changing process to make the RTS process more efficient
- Corrective actions of Sales Leaders and Program Managers for failure to comply with the RTS process
