Livly is hiring Concierges to join our quickly growing operations team! Residents using the Livly app will be relying on our Concierges to deliver our services. As a Livly Concierge, you will be the face of our company to customers and bring joy into their daily lives, showing them what Livly is all about!

What you'll do in this role:  

  • Responsible for logistics coordination and delivery of all services in your assigned building.  
  • This includes but is not limited to: package management, order fulfillment of customer requests, coordinator of on-site storage, and waste management.  
  • Facilitates efforts with partner services such as dog walking, dry cleaning, and laundry.  
  • Assists with management of our essentials store inventory.  
  • Helps launch our services in new buildings and locations. 
  • Provides cross-functional support to the other businesses, including our short stay and membership amenities. 
  • Provides feedback and identifies areas of improvement in processes and technology, driving overall product and service improvement.

What you bring to this role:   

  • High School Diploma or GED with 1+ years experience working in a customer/client facing role 
  • Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn new technologies (high proficiency with an iPhone) 
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Ability to carry up to 50 pounds 
  • Ability to navigate between buildings 
  • Ability to pass a background check  
  • Comfort with pets
