Our Driver Network Operations Team is looking for a strong leader to join us. The Manager, Enterprise and Launch is a results-oriented, operations-focused leader that practices effective prioritization together with goal setting and strong people management skills.
As the Manager, Enterprise and Launch, you will lead our Launch and Enterprise Market’s Driver Network Operations, which is focused on our newest and growth oriented markets! For this exciting and meaningful role we are looking for a data-driven leader who moves fast and gets things done. To succeed in this role, you must leverage your exceptional leadership skills to elevate your team by developing and coaching them for success. You will lead by example through providing excellent driver partner experience, demonstrating accountability, developing expertise and operating at the highest levels of professionalism when interacting with drivers and cross-functional team
Some Challenges You’ll Tackle
- Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable Team Leads, Sr. Specialists, and Specialists while providing ongoing coaching and support to achieve organization goals.
- Set monthly recruitment goals for Driver Recruiting teams and analyze data surrounding success of the recruitment funnel.
- Create, implement and iterate launch playbook in order to improve service levels and success of market launches and growth.
- Test funnel and onboarding experience improvements that could be used in marketplace markets if proven out.
- Design and implementDNO Market Launch Plans through partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. Create a Go/NoGo Checklist.
- Monitor launch market driver network health for 8 weeks following launch. (Income, retention, Market Level Service Metrics, TUPO, Throughput)
- Lead Retro efforts after all launches providing insights and areas for improvement to Sr. Leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Work with Manager for Driver Education on developing learning plans that help improve driver efficiency post launch.
- Create feedback loops for drivers in launch markets to understand their experience and improve our communication and support.
You Should Have
- 5 years of experience in a fast-paced operational focused environment with metric accountability and project management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field of study OR comparable military or professional experience.
- 2+ years of management experience (preferably in retail or hospitality) demonstrating effective leadership and people management skills, with proven ability to effectively develop, coach and motivate employees.
- Strong analytical skills to collect and interpret data to solve problems
- The ability to plan strategically, create long term goals and establish plans to reach them
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ability to coach others on improving communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to coach others on improving organizational skills
- Passion to grow as a Manager. Open to new ideas and feedback. Constantly looking to improve your skills.
- Zendesk knowledge and/or other CRM systems preferred.
