Our network of 300+ software-enabled smart Fridges vend handcrafted salads, grain bowls, sandwiches, and more. We are striving to change the food system from the ground up – one Fridge at a time.

About This Role:

This role is responsible for Network Infrastructure deployment, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance including LAN/WAN/WiFi and network monitoring architectures. Role manages and coordinates day-to-day planning, design, operations, and maintenance; also planning and coordinating with users, vendors, and corporate management. Must have strong trouble-shooting skills to correct problems and outages in a timely and efficient manner. Must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision as well as interact as a vital member of the IT team.

What You’ll Do:

• Organize and architect the development and maintenance of network communications & security.
• Use knowledge of LAN/WAN systems to help design and install internal and external networks.
• Test and evaluate network systems & security to eliminate problems and make improvements.
• Administer existing network infrastructure and perform maintenance activities on Network.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to support tactical network policy and direction that supports business initiatives.
• Compile network metrics, key performance indicators, and network policy compliance documentation on a scheduled basis.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and document corrective actions to network related problems.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong proficiency in TCP/IP-based intranet, extranet, and Internet services, protocols, and best practices.
• Knowledge of Firewall rules, and IPSec tunneling 
• Strong networking technical skills with an emphasis on Switches, Routers, Servers, Cables, Racks, Firewalls, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, UDP, Latency, VoIP, QoS, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, NHRP, PPP, MPLS, VPN, DMVPN.
• Knowledge of Cisco Systems, Windows, and Linux.
• Experience with Ubiquity Systems Preferred. 

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology field, or combination of school & experience required.

• CCNA, CCNP, or other Network certifications preferred.

• 3-5 years of work related experience required.
