Redstone is one of the fastest-growing fintech startups in the country focused on streamlining the creation of esoteric alternative asset classes. The fintech disruptor dismantled the MBS ecosystem, streamlining it with a digital platform that employs AI and machine learning tools to eliminate unnecessary steps and redundant time-wasting approval processes. Redstone’s growing MBS partner network includes institutional and retail investors, forward flow partners, brokerages, and mortgage lenders.

In pursuit of that mission, Redstone is seeking an Office Manager to be responsible for managing workflow through the office and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time. The office manager is also responsible for the administrative logistics that keep the office running efficiently.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Office management

  • Liaison between building management and Redstone - maintenance requests
  • Visitor allowance, employee access card provisioning
  • Purchasing requisitions + budgeting
  • Order weekly lunch + snacks
  • Vendor communication/negotiation
  • Day-to-day maintenance and operations of office including executive administration

 

IT/Equipment Support

  • Credential administrator for several operative platforms -especially MS365, GSuite
  • First point-of-contact for equipment troubleshooting, both hardware and software
  • Basic working knowledge of issue triage
  • Strong computer/technology skills (Windows)

 

Personnel administration

  • Keep company directory up to date
  • Onboard/Offboard management
  • Uphold code of conduct with colleagues - “heart” and “face” of company
  • Resource for colleagues - mediator/protocols/procedures
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations

 

Training/onboarding program

  • Oversee scheduling of training sessions for new hires
  • Facilitate new equipment/platform setup for new hires
  • Ensure new hires have the tools and resources they need to settle and succeed
  • Engagement with department heads regarding new hires’ needs
  • Professional development management/training

 

Applicable skills/interests:

  • Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
  • Background in hospitality or human resources is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • Operations- and process-based mindset
  • Highly detail- and protocol-oriented
  • Great interest in:

           o Working through steps of processes

           o Maintaining productive, effective environment for colleagues

           o Teaching + training people “the right way” and being a resource

  • Hands-on working style - ability to lift 25+ pounds
  • Solutions-forward, inquisitive, and professional demeanor
