The Role.

We are looking for an innovative thinker and organized doer to oversee and optimize our internal operation. What does that mean? We have world-class talent in multiple studios (i.e. strategy, brand, data analytics, and technology) working on multiple projects for multiple clients simultaneously and your job is to man the control tower and manage our resource allocation, management and efficiency. In order to do so, you live in the epicenter of our world, collaborating with studio directors and sales/business development to keep a finger on the rapid pulse of our business. 

In addition to managing and coordinating the who, what, when and for how long of each client initiative, you are tasked with identifying opportunities for efficiencies and improving functions across our multidimensional company.

What You’ll Do.

  • Work directly with Mabbly Studio Directors to ensure the flawless execution of client projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Managing projects across multiple work streams including schedule development, scope management, resource allocation and deliverable tracking.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Asana-based project plans and timelines to be shared with clients as well as internal Studio Directors.

  • Lead internal studio team meetings to review project status and incoming workload.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and drive them to resolution.

  • Accountable for tracking and reporting budgets throughout the lifecycle of each project to internal studio leads.

  • Earn the trust of internal teams through effective communication and a deep understanding of the needs from both sides; ensure client and internal teams are aligned.

  • Champion ongoing process improvements and refine project management best practices.

  • Identify lessons learned from previous projects to ensure delivery of each subsequent project is more successful than the last.

 

What We Need In You. 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Marketing, Engineering, Business Studies or related discipline. Master's preferred

  • PMP Certified a plus.

  • Preferred experience working at an agency and/or consultancy. .

  • A strong knowledge of best practices in project management.

  • You demonstrate the ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams.

  • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.

  • Detail oriented; strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with an unmatched work ethic

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. 

  • Must be a self-starter and problem solver.
