We're looking for a top-notch Project Manager to join our Operations team at Bento. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the customer-facing teams to identify and resolve inefficiencies in workflows. You’ll also work with external partners such as bank issuers, processors, white-label partners and other players to help deliver on our product roadmap.

As an Operations Project Manager, you will not only define and support our operational standards, you will help grow our business by applying business insights to enhance our customer experience.

A critical component to this role is the ability to multitask and fully own the identification and resolution of operational issues end-to-end. This is a rare opportunity for an outstanding individual to have an impact on the next big thing in payments and financial services.

You will...

  • Develop and standardize best practices for internal tools/systems usage (e.g. Zendesk, LiveChat, CRM, RingCentral) and hold regular internal trainings with our customer-facing teams to ensure adoption
  • Collaborate closely with our Customer Support and Customer Success teams to obtain deep and thorough understanding of workflows and standard operating procedures
  • Maintain and make updates to tools/systems to optimize internal workflows
  • Create, analyze, and deliver reports on product and tools usage, common customer issues, and process inefficiencies
  • Through data analysis and observation, translate findings into actionable initiatives and see initiatives through to implementation
  • Develop, manage, and report on SLAs for Customer Support, Engineering, and Operations to ensure that escalated customer issues are resolved in a timely fashion
  • Ensure that necessary tool enhancements and data access are planned for in conjunction with planned customer-facing product changes
  • Track and manage new partnership programs
  • Work cross-functionally to drive and complete internal and external projects, as needed

What we're looking for...

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • 3+ years of working with customer support teams
  • Proven track record of leading multiple, concurrent projects and delivering consistent, positive results in a fast-paced, dynamic, sometimes unpredictable environment
  • Effective self-starter, can prioritize and work efficiently with no direct supervision
  • Stellar communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders across the organization
  • Proven ability to understand the impact of technical changes and synthesize complex topics
  • Analytical thinker with a can-do attitude and flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs
  • Strong proficiency in writing MySQL queries and building reports in Excel
  • Working knowledge of customer support tools (Zendesk, Desk.com, LiveChat, etc.)
  • Experience with CRM administration (Salesforce, SugarCRM, etc.) is a big plus
  • Experience with data visualization tools a plus
