What you will be doing – Program Liaison
We are seeking more Program Liaisons to be a part of the Instruction Team to ensure high quality instruction is being delivered to students everyday! This person will facilitate the implementation and execution of Elevate K-12’s high quality instruction and educational programs on a day to day basis.

The Job:
- Organize, lead and participate in program orientation meetings with the program team
- Manage communication to all groups on an educational program, including teachers, classroom coaches, field and virtual operations teams
- Simultaneous daily monitoring of several virtual online classrooms
- Regularly observe classes and provide feedback for further coaching to teachers
- Monitor changes with teachers and schedule and communicate to all parties
- Introduce teachers to program expectations and grading requirements
- Support substitute teachers with background information and program expectations
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data about a program to guide ongoing support to improve client satisfaction and student success
What you will need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in education preferred
- Past management and leadership experience required, such as a manager, supervisor, instructional coach, team leader, or school administration
- Experience in a virtual classroom setting preferred, such as Elevate K-12
- Keen ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Experience with educational technology tools and Microsoft
- Displays high level of personal and professional integrity
- Passion for student success
