Receptionist
About The Role
The Receptionist is one of the keepers of culture at Yello, ensuring that every call and every office guest receives a warm Yello welcome. This position is the first point of contact for the office and positively reflects the Yello brand to all guests and employees. The Receptionist is responsible for assisting in the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The role will include daily tasks such as answering calls, greeting guests, stocking supplies, and completing various administrative assignments.

How You'll Make An Impact
- Greet guests and employees
- Manage conference rooms, maintaining a tidy presentation of all meeting spaces
- Assist with meeting room setups and needs
- Coordinate pick-up of mail and package services, along with signing for and distributing all packages
- Maintain the office appearance, cleanliness, and order
- Assist Operations team with internal events, i.e. event set-up and visitor management
- Help plan all-company events and logistics (Holiday Party, Summer Party, etc.)
- Assist with other projects as needed
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work in-office from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday
- A friendly, customer-service attitude with a focus on responsiveness, follow up, and follow through
- Adaptability and ability to jump into new situations with enthusiasm; Ability to remain energetic and positive in a fast-paced environment
- Impeccable organizational skills and ability to balance multiple projects at one time are a must
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be a team player; sense of humor a plus
- Know when to manage problems and when to escalate them
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
- Familiarity with G Suite of products (Google Docs, Drive, Forms, Calendar) and Slack a plus
- Experience working with sensitive and confidential information
- This role frequently moves/lifts/carries boxes, equipment, etc up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to sit or stand for continuous periods of time
