The Revenue Systems Manager is responsible for architecting and building the best-in-class CRM and forecasting system. The role will lead the implementation of key systems initiatives around improving the health of the salesforce instance and driving data quality necessary to support high revenue growth. This role reports to the Head of Revenue Operations.


Responsibilities

  • Develop well-designed, reusable, extendible, scalable, easy to maintain and testable applications in CRM and forecasting tools and systems; have the ability to strike the right balance of complexity introduced in tools and systems
  • Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to develop technical designs for complex projects using a combination of out of the box features and custom code
  • Implement new functionality including custom objects, page layouts, validations, process builder, dashboard, reports and custom development work
  • Gather business requirements, initiate project requests for Salesforce.com functionality, processes, reporting and procedures to be implemented to support the sales team.
  • Become proficient in the understanding of business operations and Salesforce.com to identify inefficiencies and blind spots that inhibit our ability to track core KPI's in Salesforce.com
  • Drive the enhancement of data quality, integrity, and standardization as it relates to Salesforce


Minimum Requirements

  • Experience working in a global sales team in a complex sales cycle (both short and long cycles). This experience should include working with both inside and field sales organizations.
  • Extensive Salesforce Admin experience in a digital environment, preferably in the SaaS enterprise technology space
  • Mastery of the Salesforce Architecture, including but not limited to custom objects, workflows, validation rules, roles, profiles, permission sets & security settings
  • Sales/business operations experience in a high-growth SaaS/PaaS environment
  • Successfully managed analytically rigorous business initiatives leveraging standard SaaS sales metrics and benchmarking
  • Experience in supporting & developing customer flows from both the Pre to Post sales support
  • Well-organized, strong communication skills and ability to manage and influence direct and indirect reports with high motivation for continuous improvement and ability to drive impact.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask as well as excitement to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the Cribl’s operations.  We are a lean team and wear many hats! 


Bonus Points / Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Advanced Admin Certification & Salesforce Developer certification preferred
  • Knowledgeable about product development at enterprise tech companies
  • Track record of working with leaders at an early stage (Series A or Series B round)
