Duties:

Develop the organization’s desired vision for the eGRC platform, RSA Archer. Ensure data integrity, oversee system testing and security administration, perform defect management duties, and identify enhancements to mature the system. Design, evaluate, and execute the Archer roadmap to align OCC’s processes to a user friendly, intuitive platform. Develop on-demand risk management framework within Archer to capture risks, including risk appetite and risk tolerance. Develop controls modules within Archer Compliance Management and audit modules within Archer Internal Audit. Prioritize and assist in the configuration of various on-demand applications as needed by key stakeholders. Partner with the Enterprise Technology Solutions team to ensure proper system configuration. Define and implement the data architecture and required data elements. Design and implement the logical security infrastructure and manage access provisioning process in collaboration with the Security Operations team. Integrate Archer with other applications and databases. Perform system testing and provide assurance over data integrity. Perform ServiceNow integration with Archer using JavaScript transporter. Enhance the user interface to build an intuitive, easy to navigate, and user-friendly platform to increase conversion rates. Provide technical support and resolution for identified defects and system bugs. *This position qualifies for The Options Clearing Corporation’s Employee Referral Program.*

Education & Experience Required:

Master’s degree in computer science, information security or related and two (2) years of experience as an RSA Archer Developer. In lieu of a master's degree in computer science, information security or related and 2 years of experience as an RSA Archer Developer , a bachelor's degree and five years of experience in the same fields will be accepted.

Special Skills Required:

Must have work experience with each of the following: 1) ServiceNow integration with Archer using JavaScript transporter; 2) Developing on-demand risk management framework within Archer to capture risks, including risk appetite and risk tolerance; and 3) Developing controls modules within Archer Compliance Management and audit modules within Archer Internal Audit.

Salary

$128,056.00 - $152,425.00

Executive Director of Enterprise Technology Solutions Jennifer Stathis is helping to build an enterprise data platform, which will provide the foundation for establishing data as a centralized resource across the organization. “Our team’s mission is to enable our business partners to do their jobs more efficiently and effectively while finding ways to reduce manual work with automation,” Stathis said. “Creating a self-service platform will give our business partners much faster access to data and information, removing the IT bottleneck from the process.”

This approach empowers Christ to learn more and achieve her best work, which currently includes making OCC’s transition to the cloud transparent and measurable. “I’m excited to be in such a challenging environment with so many opportunities for growth!”
