Who we are

At Trunk Club, we’re building the future of retail through a personalized styling experience. As the Senior Manager of Operations - Tailoring, you will support the tailoring team across the network that alters our clothing to fit our customers preference. You will play an integral role in developing an efficient tailoring operation while working towards the continued success of each Trunk Club location. You will also interface directly with clients, vendors, and employees while overseeing and executing on strategy and initiatives and developing direct reports.

What you’ll do

  • Build, lead and develop a team of 20+ fitters/tailors across all Trunk Club locations.
  • Establish KPIs to monitor success, develop and oversee end-to-end tailoring operations all while identifying areas of opportunity to problem solve.
  • Collaborate and communicate with Head of Office to provide a consistent tailoring experience in each location. As well as evaluate operational process and implement strategic solutions based on customer needs.
  • Oversee process for movement of inventory during tailoring; to include but not limited to: drop-off, pick-up and delivery of tailored garments between Trunk Club, Stylists and Customers, and third party vendors.
  • Partner and coordinate with Training and Operations Managers and Nordstrom partners to uphold metrics, vendor relationships and development of tailoring technology.

What your background may look like

  • 5+ years of experience, in customer service or operations (3+ of those years in management)
  • Comfortable with minimal travel
