Position overview
Crafty is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Service Technician to become an instrumental part of our team! Your primary responsibility will be to install, troubleshoot, and fix equipment that ranges from espresso machines, water machines, coffee brewers, fridges, kegerators, and bean-to-cup machines. We perform preventative maintenance, installations, regular servicing, as well as employee and client trainings. As a representative of Crafty, it’s incredibly important for our Service Tech to provide awesome customer service for our clients. We’re also looking for flexibility; this person would be operating between our warehouse, our office, and client spaces.
Who we are looking for:
Your experience:
+ You have experience in installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of coffee, espresso, brewers, kegerators, water equipment, and other food / beverage service equipment. We currently work with all kegerator models, as well as Bevi water machines, De Jong Duke coffee machines, and Bunn Brewers.
+ Extensive high-rise plumbing experience.
+ Ability to learn about partner-specific machinery and become an expert in repairing those machines.
+ Troubleshoot and conduct periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required.
+ Maintain equipment in safe operating condition.
+ Document equipment maintenance and repairs.
+ Other duties as assigned.
