Strategic Account Manager
Job Objective:
A Strategic Account Manager is responsible for the on-boarding, management and growth of the Carrier Business Unit including business process outsourcing, technology and private exchanges. This person provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth of client business in line with the company vision and values. Additionally, this person will need to establish plans and strategies in order to expand, retain and renew contracts while promoting goodwill with the Carrier clients.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for client on-boarding, daily management and the overall account services contracted Manage and maintain consistent contact with an assigned client
- Accountable for the growth, retention and renewal of existing programs
- Apply excellent customer service skills when assisting clients with carrier programs according to contract
- Document client issues and changes and achieve expedited resolution across the cross functional team supporting the program
- Prepare required reporting and informatics at clients request
- Provide industry expertise and solution issues with client to maximize efficiency and results of program
- Work with other departments within GoHealth to manage and deliver results to clients expectations
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
Job Specifications:
- 3-5 years experience in Sales and/or Account Management
- Experience in communicating with different levels of management/customers
- Possesses strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Understands customer and market dynamics, as well as requirements
- Ability to identify opportunities/issues across the business line
- Proven leadership and ability to maximize available resources
- Excel and Powerpoint skills
