Success Project Specialist
StratEx handles HR and Payroll services for small to mid-sized companies. The Success Project Specialist supports the execution of key client initiatives. They work closely with our Client Success Managers as well as directly with clients to set up new, or update current, client projects within our system, troubleshoot client issues, and deliver training to ensure our clients are properly using our software.
Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions include, but are not limited to:
Act as right hand to Client Success Manager, executing system set up and configuration
Set up system modules to client specifications – including, but not limited to, Payroll, Benefits, Time Away from Work, Timekeeping, and Recruitment
Facilitate client trainings
Leverage system knowledge to troubleshoot client issues and offer thorough and timely solutions
Focus on client satisfaction and identify opportunities for clients to more fully utilize the system
Audit team members’ work
Think innovatively about client issues and how they can be resolved within current system
Assist with QA testing as necessary
Regular and predictable attendance
Requirements:
Two years of project work experience and/or two years of customer service experience
Strong Excel knowledge preferred; otherwise eagerness to learn how to utilize Excel functionality
Innate curiosity, desire to understand and develop solutions for client concerns
Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and overtime when needed
Ability to organize several internal and external client tasks at one time
Strong initiative and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Payroll, Human Resources, Benefits, Tech Industry experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time while working
Must be able to proficiently operate a computer and VOIP phone as means of communication with colleagues and clients
Must be able to occasionally travel to on-site client meetings on a local and national scale
Must be able to work out of our HQ office in order to facilitate day to day activities as well as collaborate with team members on projects/audits
