    The divvyDOSE Supervisor, Fill Operations is specialized and well trained on the team’s process and procedures. The Supervisor role is designed to build a stronger, more cohesive team dynamic and positively impact the culture while assisting with the daily work of the team.

    The Fulfillment Operations Supervisor leads a team of pharmacy technicians who work multiple shifts to physically fill and prepare all medications for delivery to the customer. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, team leadership, employee development, continuous improvement, coordination with other departments, and other duties, as required.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • A leader who manages with persistence and is driven by big challenges and has the ability to drive strategies to scale operations quickly/as needed
    • Experience supervising operations in a fast-paced, technology centered environment with superior time management skills. This individual will manage data gathered through BI, KPI’s, and company performance
    • Experience coaching, supervising and scheduling a growing team (with 10+ team members) with the ability to communicate across a broad spectrum of roles within the company to provide efficient, consistent, and exceptional customer service
    • A proven ability to identify operational challenges and/or opportunities by analyzing the available data and develop and execute plans to fix problems and take advantage of new business opportunities
    • Skilled in change management strategies with the ability to provide examples
    • Ability to hold team accountable for daily goals in a metric-driven organization and coach employees to meet metrics
    • Strong technical skills – with a strong emphasis on Excel and BI tools with a proven ability to work within tight deadlines

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and remain highly organized in an ever changing environment
    • Ability to understand strategic vision and then execute on a team/departmental level
    • Comfortable in a role with a high level of confidentiality required
    • Proven superior communication skills, both with teams and upper management

Schedule:

Must be available to close two nights a week; 11:00 - 7:30 PM.

The Supervisor reports directly to the Assistant Manager or Manager who oversees the team and manages the team workflow and personnel.

Job Type: Full-time

FLSA Status: Exempt

Requirements

Education and Certifications:

  • 2+ years of Management experience
  • Preferred: Associate's degree or applicable experience
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry is a plus

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screening and background check
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to work
  • Standing on your feet at least 4 hours or an anticipated 50% of your scheduled shift

Our engineering office is in River North in the famous Mies van der Rohe building with breathtaking views of Lake Michigan and the Chicago River.
