Job Summary

We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join the Fast Radius team. This person will be responsible for day-to-day execution within our supply chain. As we are a fast-growth startup, you will need fulfill multiple supply chain functions such as buyer/procurement, freight and parcel logistics, supplier performance and project management. Reporting into the Supply Chain leader, you will be heavily involved in both daily production requirements and contributing to the strategic vision of the future state Supply Chain.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage and execute procurement function
  • Develop and maintain minimum/maximum inventory levels of assembly components and raw material
  • Set-up freight and parcel shipments for internal and external work orders
  • Provide strategic project management of product development life cycle
  • Collaborate with team members for best procedures to ensure timely delivery of parts with the highest quality possible
  • Identify production partners, vet to ensure suppliers meet FR standards, perform periodic supplier audits to ensure compliance with required quality management systems

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 0-4 years of demonstrated success in a similar position
  • Proficient in common software tools and data collection and graphing
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, TPS
  • Understanding of additive manufacturing and engineering materials for both prototyping and production
  • Attention to detail and ability to communicate and collaborate with internal teams and customers is a must
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
