The Support Enablement Lead is responsible for the day to day leadership and oversight of our global support enablement team. You will work closely with trainers, managers, support operations, product management, coaches, and the technical team to track new feature releases, bugs from new releases, and create materials and training for new releases. Leads must have a strong understanding of all platform functions and be able to critically view new features.

What your day could consist of:

  • Leads and develops a global team of Enablement Specialists
  • Work with Product Managers to develop internal documentation on new releases 
  • Develop high impact and quality training modules/content across a range of modalities (digital, facilitated, etc.) for continued learning
  • Occasionally test out new features coming out to check for stability and user experience
  • Attending product sprint reviews bringing questions and feedback on behalf of clients
  • Create KB articles and how-to guides as needed
  • Serve as an SME for the team and work with other product SMEs 
  • Go-to person for any new releases or updates 
  • Effectively communicate with and support the team globally 
  • Provides insights into trends and actionable data to various internal support groups and leadership
  • Coordinates with the training team in the development of new programs, new hire classes for existing programs, and/or changes to programs.

What is needed:

  • 3+ years experience in a support, success, or sale environment
  • 1+ years supervisory/management experience
  • Experience developing digital and facilitated training modules
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • ActiveCampaign product and procedural knowledge preferred
  • Ability to analyze data and review processes objectively
  • Ability to monitor and record improvements in performance.
  • Ability to provide feedback and demonstrate a variety of coaching methods
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Ability to think globally, mindful of scalability 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail, task-oriented, organizational skills
