Job Description

7- 10 + years of demonstrated experience with managing technical programs and projects (PMP, Agile & Scrum Certification, preferred)

· Providing support for business stakeholders by:

o Creating and maintaining dashboards for operational data

o Stakeholder communications for major incidents and critical system outages

o Design and implementation of automation to improve system availability, performance, and security

· Knowledge of ITIL, Process Improvement, Incident and Problem Administration, Change Management, and ability to represent team in CAB reviews

Qualifications

7- 10 + years of demonstrated experience with managing technical programs and projects (PMP, Agile & Scrum Certification, preferred)
