divvyDOSE is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support, lead, and develop a team of engaged student pharmacists, certified pharmacy technicians, and other key team members, in a fast paced, high-tech environment. The Operations Supervisor oversees day to day productivity, performance, scheduling, and labor allocation, with the guidance of the site Manager, Assistant Manager, and pharmacists, and as indicated by overall business objectives. 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, lead and schedule a multi-shift, multidisciplinary team of full and part time employees, including student pharmacists
  • Coach and develop employees to ensure we are providing exceptional customer care
  • Coach to productivity and quality metrics, evaluation of calls to ensure a strong customer centered focus
  • Lateral influence and cross-functional leadership
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and/or opportunities, as well as investigate those communicated by direct reports, and escalate to key stakeholders as appropriate
  • Tackle new challenges, often with overlapping deadlines
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and pivot strategies based on variable metrics and holistic business need
  • Microsoft 365 and/or Google Suite usage

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing 6+ individuals
  • Employees are required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. In addition, when in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attained

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry
  • Call Center
