Vendor Manager
The Role
The Professional Services organization is responsible for the quality implementation and delivery of tasks that optimize the use of our software. Building our partner network will allow us to drive scalability and reliability through global service partners who will also deliver the same quality services. Our Vendor Manager reports to the Director of Professional Services Operations and is responsible for managing the onboarding, training, and pipeline of partner services delivered to our clients.
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner relationship management
- Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners' liaison internally
- Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics
- Collaborate with Sales, Sales Engineering, PS Sales, Product, Professional Services, Customer Support, Training, to ensure continuity and facilitate partner success during the entire customer engagement lifecycle
- Conduct timely partner QBR to ensure quality of the relationship
- Contribute to defining and refining the initiatives, methodologies, assets, and programs within Partnership Ecosystem
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a Vendor Manager capacity (or equivalent), preferably in SaaS environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to manage partner onboarding, training and oversight into partner project health
- History of optimizing processes, methodologies, programs or frameworks that improved team performance
- Proven self-starter and able to come up to speed on complex, difficult concepts with minimal assistance
