Direct report to Head of Real Estate/Construction. Heavy exposure to Village Medical President, Village Medical COO, and Village Medical VP of Practice Launch and Integration. Individuals should have a travel expectation (50% - 75% of the time).

How you can make a difference

• Construction portfolio for all Village Medical Clinics
• Building out a team to manage the construction portfolio
• Managing Construction Management firms
• Delivering clinics on time and under budget
• Building a model that will operate nationally and at a scale

Skills for success

• Ability to create working relationships across multiple internal and external groups
• Holding partners accountable, even if not direct reports
• Flexibility for selection and integration of partners
• Concrete scheduling mentality of delivery of units on time
• Demonstrated ability to value engineer at a program and unit level
• Preference for individual to be within a major market (Central Time Zone or adjacent)
• Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, Chicago, Atlanta
• Phoenix or Denver could be acceptable
• Florida could be acceptable
• Must be able to travel to a site without wasting an entire day on traveling

Experience to drive change

• 15 Years+ in Construction Program Management
• MS in Construction Management is a plus
• Management of national construction management firms
• Experience building a multi entity construction strategy
• Work directly with Fortune 250 or employed by Fortune 250 in construction management
• Healthcare construction background
• P/L responsibility for delivery
• Heavy financial measurement background
