The Vice President of Strategic Insights is responsible for driving business value from the company’s data assets and uncovering the actionable signals which will help us excel in the marketplace in terms of landing new clients and retaining existing ones. The VP will also identify the talent, systems, data sets and processes required to build the data engineering, core data science and data analytics teams necessary to drive value. The VP is tasked with emphasizing and nurturing a data-driven culture throughout the organization. The VP takes complete ownership of driving business value from the data assets and through analytics across the business, creating a compelling data narrative for the use and interpretation of actionable data. This role will define and drive the data and analytics strategy at Enfusion as we continue to scale.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and drive the vision and strategy for data and analytics. Ensuring that long-term data initiatives deliver quality, reliability, stability and completeness while also meeting financial objectives and the needs of the business in the near, medium, and long term.
• Lead data-driven transformation across the business including the consolidation of data assets from across the business, identifying gaps and needs within existing data sets, selecting the best analytical tools to democratize insights, creating new processes for intake and analysis, and timely, actionable distribution across the organization.
• Creating an internal data function that gives Enfusion a competitive market advantage in identifying new revenue opportunities.
• Identify data-driven opportunities to drive business value by uncovering meaningful and actionable insights and signals that help target organizational efforts to drive new revenue, improve client retention and identify cost savings. Working in partnership with stakeholders throughout the business to win new revenue faster and at greater efficiency.
• Provide strategic data and insights on high-priority target organizations in our funnel to arm our teams with the intelligence needed to maximize the relevance and impact of our outreach and engagement (telephone calls, pitches, etc).  
• Establishing clear methodical and repeatable processes for deriving actionable insights from internal, external, and third-party data.  
• Proactively identify areas of improvement throughout the company where data and analytics teams can make a difference and work with other teams to put those improvements into practice.
• Own and be accountable for all aspects of the data teams’ delivery. Champion and influence organization-wide practices around data security, privacy, scalability, integrity, accessibility and data-driven decision making at the company by building the right tools, culture and processes.
• Work with senior leaders and front-line teams to set relevant, data-informed strategy, measurable quarterly objectives and key results at an organization and individual team level.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive staff and colleagues throughout the company, driving relevance and evangelizing a data-driven decision process, as well as emphasizing successes and key learnings.
• Build a high performing team through the ongoing development of current team members and the recruitment of top-tier talent. Plan strategically for long-term data team growth while being the initial executing member of the team.
• Adhere to all system operation policies including but not limited to Access Control, Encryption Control, Logging, Change Management, Platform Security, System Configuration, Physical and Incident Management policies.

Who We Need

• 10+ years’ experience driving demonstrable business value through data and analytics
• 5+ years’ experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, data quality, and data engineering
• 5+ years’ experience managing data and analytics teams
• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Data Science, Finance, Economics, Financial Math or related field; Masters+ level considered an asset
