VP of Operational Excellence

You will have a direct influence on the development of our workforce made up of more than 2,000 sales agents across multiple sales centers. GoHealth is the largest Medicare sales producer in the country and your skills will play an integral part in advancing our sales organization to the next level. Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of our Learning and Development, and Quality Assurance Teams; responsible for the development and building of talent management and succession planning for L&D and Quality organization teams.
- Set high standards for performance, hire qualified professionals, and provide necessary resources and training for staff to perform at optimum levels.
- Lead the strategy and process design for implementation of professional and leadership development programs with performance measures to gauge various program effectiveness.
- Take GoHealth’s current state of quality and build a robust program inclusive of, customer experience and measurable outcomes for process improvement, development and overall sales
- Collaborate and work cross-functional with various business leaders to clearly understand company goals so that your team can drive results with respect to new and ongoing talent and learning initiatives
- Relentlessly track and measure results so that we can drive continuous improvement
- Flexible in planning as departments roll out new products, open new sales centers, start supporting a WFH model
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in related field preferred
- 10+ years of experience in an operational capacity, 5+ years in leadership
- Exposure to best-in-class, business-focused learning and development/training functions, with an understanding of the impact and synergies between learning & development, quality and operations
- Successful track record in developing trust-based partnerships with a diverse and distributed workforce in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to translate process into this kind of environment
- Experience leading and/or facilitating large scale and effective change initiatives spanning across multiple departments
- May have to travel up to 25% to GoHealth Inside sales centers.
