Atlassian is looking for a world-class, product marketing manager to drive adoption and expansion of Jira Jira Service Management with our existing customers. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns to increase the adoption, usage, and the expansion of Jira Service Management to all teams within an organization for both SMB and enterprise customers. While working closely with Product Management and demand generation, you'll help to deliver unique and eye-catching campaigns that are built upon the product positioning and messaging you've created. At the same time, you will help influence our go-to-market strategy by bringing market and customer insights to product and customer lifecycle marketing. This is a unique opportunity to play a big part in continuing to grow Jira Service Management and enable service for all.
As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for implementing marketing programs to existing Jira Service Management customers, both product-led and sales-led motions, to drive adoption, usage, upsell, and expansion efforts. While working closely with Product Management and demand generation to craft product positioning and messaging to ensure that we are effectively articulating the value of Jira Service Management via campaigns. At the same time, you will:
- partner with our customer lifecycle marketing team to drive cohesive customer journeys and campaigns
- help influence our go-to-market strategy by bringing market and customer insights to product and customer lifecycle marketing
- collaborate with Product Management to bring the voice of the customer into our roadmap and strategy conversations, aka be customer-obsessed
- be the expert on use cases outside of IT service management. Understand our target buyer for those additional use cases, including their goals and challenges, and build assets and messaging that speaks to their needs.
- stay on top of customer, market, and competitive research to continuously shape messaging, campaigns, and sales enablement
- 3-5+ years of B2B product marketing experience
- An understanding of both PLG and sales-led GTM tactics to execute go-to-market plans across the appropriate mix of channels
- Enjoy writing unique and compelling content for a diverse set of influencer and executive decision-maker personas
- Be a passionate, self-starter with a no-B.S., can-do attitude who likes to make data-informed decisions
- Be able to spot opportunities to improve, and have a keen understanding of how to translate customer needs and market demand into messaging, content, and sales enablement to help us meet our key results around revenue, adoption, and expansion
- Thrive on teamwork and experience building relationships with peers and stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, and more
- Have worked to deliver campaigns that move the needle and turn heads in the market
- Experience making data-driven decisions and tracking campaign performance to drive the best results
- Can translate projects and initiatives into business impact
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $129,600 - $172,800
Zone B: $116,700 - $155,600
Zone C: $107,600 - $143,500
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
