Requirement:

3-5 years of experience in leading requirement gathering efforts, grooming the team backlog, authoring user stories and supporting the product management and engineering team
Flexible; as this is a global platform you will be required to work well with virtual teams; comfortable with a flexible work structure that allows for early morning/late night calls with stakeholders domestically and across international
Experience working in and with Agile / Scrum work environment, SAFe® principles and frequently utilized tools such as Agile Central
Aptitude to think innovatively and drive change within both internal and customers
An understanding of and passion for supporting client’s needs in Financial Services / Fintech environment
 

Impact you’ll make:

 

As part of the International Strategic Platforms Center of Excellence (CoE) for the Innovative Solutions Group (ISG) at TransUnion, the Agile Product Owner will work directly with the product delivery teams to ensure global needs are addressed to meet client demands. Your deep experience in technology, product development, agile methodologies along with industry expertise in financial services, or a related discipline will allow you to ‘hit-the-ground-running’ in this fast-paced and evolving matrix business.

 

Some of the major impact you will make in this position include the following:

You will help develop and be responsible to execute on the product vision for SHAPE and Prama International
You will need to effectively balance business requirements with IT initiatives, provide leadership, manage execution and delivery of projects and programs
You will provide expertise for the SHAPE and Prama global platforms and how to use these tools to drive business solutions for our customer
You will think creatively to help determine internal and external use cases for new solutions, as they become available within the purview of your role
You will support the Technology and Product teams in different international markets in localizing the global components and launching the solutions successfully
You will prioritize the team backlog and work with the product manager to create the team backlog, prioritize and communicate product requirements
You will provide product support in customer engagements, solution presentations, and technical translations of customer requirements
You will use power point presentations, excel sheets, collaboration tools to ensure timely and effective communication for your product(s)
You will work closely with the IT teams in ensuring a successful and timely implementation of technical requirements
You will look for opportunities to assist other Product Owners and will support other scrum teams as may be required from time to time
