Requirement: 

 

  • Exceptional communications and relationship management skills; ability to communicate and collaborate effectively cross-departmentally and across all levels of the organization
  • Highly analytical, have well-developed business acumen, self-motivated, naturally curious with an obsession for problem-solving
  • Previous exposure to and/or able to navigate a complex and dynamic matrix organizational environment 
  • Strategic approach to product management and strong expertise in being the voice-of-the-customer, building strategic product road-map, and refine product value proposition
  • 7+ years of progressive product development, product management, and product marketing experience working with Credit, and big data solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree

 

 

Preferred requirement: 

 

  • Previous credit data solutions experience is highly preferred, and international credit data experience is even better!
  • Previous management experience would be considered an asset

 

Impact you’ll make:

As a leader in the International Core Credit Center of Excellence for the Innovative Solutions Group (ISG) at TransUnion, you will be accountable for the revenue and development roadmap for Core Credit products, including our flagship data and scoring innovation, CreditVision, in International markets.  As an integral member of this leadership team you will regularly represent International ISG at management meetings both internal and external, as well as apply your deep product management experience to solving complex business issues our customers’ face every day.   As a Centre of Excellence function, a key accountability will be leading through influence and facilitating the efficient and effective import and dissemination of IP. 

In addition to your deep experience in product management and the related discipline, you bring  industry expertise in financial services or a related industry that will allow you to ‘hit-the-ground-running’ in this fast-paced and evolving matrix business.

 

  • Develop, own and implement the playbook for CreditVision ensuring the ongoing rapid growth and acceleration of this solution in our Markets
  • Advise and direct regional teams on the global strategy for CreditVision and provide guidance on localization and sales enablement opportunities
  • Design and create monthly reporting and insightful commentary used to set direction for product strategy and focus
  • Lead 3-year Plan development along with ongoing strategic planning for CreditVision
  • Travel extensively internationally to attend customer meetings, drive strategy and Go-to-Market materials aligned to the product road map and global best practice
  • Champion the CreditVision suite of products and be able to articulate and refine the value proposition
  • Be solutions-oriented and not afraid to get your ‘hands-dirty’ in the execution activities while simultaneously being responsible for developing robust strategy and long-term growth plans
  • Understand the revenue drivers and be accountable to tie product development activity to the overall  and regional product revenue plans
  • An Ability to think broadly across Core Credit products and develop solutions that drive revenue and enhance the value proposition for our customers
  • Support and lead other core credit product initiatives to augment the International business and individual regions as required
