What You'll Bring

Expert experienced in using MS Office Suite including advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Skype for Business, and PowerPoint

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) including explaining complex concepts in simple terms

Superb time management and project management skills and highly organized with attention to detail

Robust analytical capability with an ability to clearly and effectively convey complex information to a diverse audience

Prior experience in presenting in-front of both internal and external stakeholders

What We’d Love to See:Working industry experience in auto insurance with working knowledge of insurance underwriting, FCRA, and DPPA regulations

Proficiency in using Visio, Tableau, or other visual tools is preferred

Cross-functional collaboration experience across multiple business units, including IT and legal

Impact You'll Make

The Insurance Product Manager will have ownership over all DriverRisk validations, which are used to measure product performance and demonstrate the performance of DriverRisk to our clients. You will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact by developing processes and using creative analysis in order to meet the client’s objectives and help influence decisions. Additionally, you will have growth opportunities to act as product and data subject matter expert across multiple insurance lines and other markets.

Other areas of focus for this impactful position will include:

Reduce the time it takes clients to evaluate DriverRisk through creating new processes and regularly communicating to key stakeholders (sales, legal, etc.)

Act as a primary liaison between external clients and internal data quality and data acquisition teams based on the results of client validations

Create regular reporting that tracks validation results over time, and analyze aggregate data to identify trends and potential areas of focus

Develop into a DriverRisk product subject matter expert with a particular focus on understanding our underlying data and accurately applying the correct settings for the evaluation based on the client’s use case

Provide feedback on ideas for new features, and product improvement areas based on market demand

Create and deliver compelling presentations to top tier insurance clients either virtually or in-person (when appropriate)
