What You'll BringThree-plus years of Healthcare experience focused on revenue cycle analysis experience in a Hospital or Healthcare Consultancy - functioning as a Product Owner or Product Analyst .
Ideal candidate would have experience working for a large Health System performing revenue cycle analysis or for a software/services provider, which provided similar exposure.
Experience designing, developing and implementing process improvements for data systems and improving firm’s analytical capabilities
Proficiency working with and writing queries for data extraction using the following: MySQL, SQL, and/or Tableau

Proven ability to work with and manage personnel from cross functional teams (Operations, Product, Quality Assurance, and Development) who are not direct reports to achieve product objectives
Ability to prioritize work load and operate with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills: ability to clearly articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Advanced MS Excel Proficiency
Analytical, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and contribute to multiple assignments simultaneously
Project management skills with the ability to oversee and manage small project teams to meet project deliverables inclusive of delegating work, setting clear goals, and managing customer expectations
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Define detailed stories to help developers understand the features requested. Assess data requirements to ensure they are aligned with and traceable to organization objectives, and confirm requirements are communicated and presented in a format that is understandable to internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with internal and external partners to translated customer and business feedback into innovative analytical solutions and insights
Continuously review the product features and client needs to identify the features to be implemented / retired / refined
Work with stakeholders to perform User Experience study and improve usability and usefulness of the product
Perform market research and assess the potential for product features being prioritized/present
