What You Will Do at Amount

• Act as subject matter expert and internal resource for the product/s 
• Write technical requirements, draft user statements, and work with design and tech stakeholders to deliver product changes
• Monitor the health of the platform for live products to ensure stability
• Collaborate across teams to quickly and efficiently resolve any bugs or issues 
• Keep a pulse on customer experience and recommend appropriate updates to improve product
• Help prepare strategic plans determining how to meet the future needs of the organization in a sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner
• Effectively communicate analysis to all stakeholders in an approachable and easily digestible manner 

Why You Are a Fit for Amount

• 2-5 Years of previous experience in financial services, product management or an established record of strategic problem solving in a fast-growing environment
• Firm grasp of the product/software development cycle
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience building API’s and other software products at scale
• Experience working with complex software platforms
• Very well organized and comfortable multi-tasking
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with FinTech a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
