Amount 360 provides a comprehensive fraud and verification management system for financial institutions to manage all aspects of applicant verification. This powerful solution is designed to solve the challenges of verifying applicant information and preventing fraud, all while providing a best-in-class user experience whether the user is applying in-branch or online.

As a member of the A360 Product team, you will be responsible for designing new features, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and partner closely with Amount’s engineering team to support the growth of the Amount platform across a wide variety of consumer financial products.

What you will do at Amount:

  • Work closely with customer support, product development and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Perform implementation reviews of partner change requests and write SQL scripts to verify expected behavior
  • Improve, maintain and update enterprise-level technical documentation with accountability for release and versioning in knowledge management systems, e.g., Confluence
  • Track progress and provide ongoing communication to stakeholders and leadership
  • Perform ad hoc root cause analysis for system issues

Why you are a fit for Amount:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 2+ years of project management experience in enterprise software and systems
  • Advanced SQL and Excel preferred, knowledge of Looker / LookML a plus
  • Familiarity with Jira, Github, JitBit and other Agile software management tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly analytical and organized, detail-oriented, knack for problem-solving and strong project management skills
  • Willingness to wear multiple hats and get your hands dirty
