As a Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with agile product owners, stakeholders, business partners and architects.
Your contribution will be able to ensure we build the right features at the right time by prioritizing features and working within the TUCI SAFe processes.
Requirement:
Experience with technical software platform.
Familiarity and understanding of API’s
Experience working with technologies that support front-end code
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to understand and communicate complex technologies to business stakeholders.
Experience working with both business stakeholders and implementation teams to execute on critical business priorities.
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment with exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, meaning able to quickly leverage and build key relationships across the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field.
Preferred requirement:
Experience in developing business cases and Features that the team can execute accordingly.
Strong business acumen and quantitative and analytical problem solving skills.
Preferred at least 5 years of experience as a product manager preferably with web or API based products.
Impact you’ll make:
In the first 90 days, you will receive the guidance of the other Product Managers to be familiar with our current products and processes. In addition, you will learn to understand the features in your team’s backlog and provide the guidance the team needs to execute on these features.
Beyond the first 90 days, you continue to deepen your understanding of our products. At this time, you will be fully integrated into our SAFe processes and execute on all of the responsibilities of a SAFe product manager.
This includes writing product Features that include benefit hypotheses, outcome hypotheses, and acceptance criteria.
You will be able to make a major impact by responsible for the product health of some of our key product foundation features that millions of customers are currently utilizing.
Your ability to take key requirements and interpreting the “asks” from the business stakeholders then translating that into features will make a major impact for our agile teams to execute and carry forward with.
