Your impact.
As Product Manager, you will own crucial parts of the core member experience, including building out the core communications platform. You’ll drive high-impact new features that fuel exponential business growth and deliver a world-class experience to our members.
You will lead every stage of your product's journeys, including: crafting the initial problem statements, prioritizing the highest impact opportunities,, working with customers to shape the initial MVP, measure its impact, and scale up into a fully fledged portion of the HealthJoy experience.
This role is highly cross-functional, requiring partnership with colleagues in Product, Design, Data, Marketing, and more. You’ll combine strategic thinking and creativity to set clear goals, build messaging that resonates, and execute high-impact launches that elevate our brand and drive adoption beyond launch.
Your experience.
- 3+ years experience in tech product management
- Proven ability to work hand-in-hand with demanding partners to build something great
- You sweat the details
- You thrive in a startup environment, working with a cross-functional team
- Past collaboration with a global team scattered across multiple time zones and countries
