The Product Manager for Global Mobile Apps will be responsible for the strategy, prioritization, and market adoption of features and capabilities within our Mobile App product being used in the US and many global markets. Through this role, the Product Manager will represent the customer and business needs by articulating, vetting, and prioritizing features within the Global mobile app roadmap. You will also play a crucial role in developing a customer-centric and premier mobile product.
You will participate as a member of a cross-functional team including Information Technology, Design, Program Management, and Operations to ensure successful product delivery.
Responsibilities
• You are responsible for helping define product requirements and roadmaps using input from market partners and various sources including analytics, market trends, technology innovations, design, industry standards, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback.
• We want someone that can understand and can anticipate the customers and the business needs in order to develop engaging and profitable mobile experiences.
• You will work with our design and engineering teams every single day for the improvement of the product.
• We will want you work closely with peer product managers across all capabilities to prioritize initiatives and share insights on customer demands.
• You are able to collaborate across function (e.g. Market partners, IT, and Program Management) to ensure the timely delivery of mobile products and best-in-class digital customer experiences.
• Are you able to Define and drive priorities for engineering sprints and product releases?
• Can you craft and execute optimization experiments to validate and optimize features?
• Are you able to build business cases to support feature prioritization?
Minimum Requirements
• You have prior and current Agile Product Management experience, preferably on customer-facing products.
• You have current experiences with native app product management from your previous employers.
• We need you to have experience with Loyalty and/or CRM based products
• You bring strong quantitative analysis experiences to team.
• We ask this person bring their technical skills to influence and engage the engineering teams.
• We want you to be a superior social, written, and articulate verbal skills.
• Do you have prior experience translating the customers and the business needs into a digital product feature roadmap?
• You will be tasked with leading a cross-functional team and managing indirect reports to achieve organizational goals.
• You will have the expertise in digital project and product planning, including product definition, feature prioritization, trade-off processes, and roadmap creation.

• You believe in a customer-centric mindset with a real passion for discovering consumer behavior, trends, and opportunities for innovation.
