We’re hiring for a Product Manager who will take on the responsibility of creating, managing, and communicating our products’ vision, strategy and roadmap in order to deliver the highest possible value for the business. By taking ownership of the work of the team and the product backlog in consideration of the customer’s needs, the Product Manager will have a measurable impact on the success of our company.

Responsibilities and day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Owning the priorities, decisions, and goals for all our products, including consumer-facing web/mobile apps and internal-facing systems
  • Aligning vision between stakeholders and the development team
  • Managing the product backlog, ordering the priority of work, and defining acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with UX researchers, designers, data scientists and engineers to identify and act on opportunities for product improvements
  • Working closely with data and analytics teams to monitor and understand user behavior, needs, and wants
  • Ensuring that all product teams have the resources they need to succeed

Within three months, you will:

  • Build an understanding of the real estate industry and home purchase transactions
  • Understand the different roles of key stakeholders and begin building relationships
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and their associated roadmaps, projects, and A/B tests
  • Create a 3-to-6 month roadmap

Within a year, you will:

  • Have full mastery of both of our products, demonstrated by ownership of roadmaps, setting strategies, and prioritizing UI/UX product features
  • Have identified areas for product improvement and activated remedial plans
  • Develop solid working relationships with peers and stakeholders


We need someone with:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager for a tech or software product
  • Understanding of the real estate industry, including trends and buyer motivation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead discussions with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills coupled with a data-driven approach to decision making
  • A ‘learner’ mindset who sees challenges as opportunities
  • Passion for the opportunity to inspire team members to create something bigger than themselves
  • The ability to communicate effectively between stakeholders, development teams, designers and UX researchers

Our team is currently working remotely. Our company intends to return to in-person office work when it is safe to do so and employees feel comfortable going in.
