THE POSITION:
We are seeking a Recruiting Partner to drive and support our purpose and values, while working with the business on bringing outstanding talent to the company.
WHAT YOU”LL BE DOING:
Identify, attract, and close candidates at all levels (including Tech roles) to ensure high-touch candidate experience
Deeply understand hiring needs, partner with People team, hiring managers, and all stakeholders to customize hiring strategies for each role
Schedule interviews for candidates and interview stakeholders to ensure seamless interview experience
Represent employer brand, mission, vision and values in an engaging way
Work with People Team to onboard new hires and provide exceptional onboarding experience
Implement and integrate LinkedIn Talent Hub as ATS platform
Provide regular metrics and recommendations on how to attract best candidates while ensuring flawless candidate experience
Ability to maintain an ongoing pipeline of candidates via diverse methods of recruiting
Manage full cycle recruiting process
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
2+ years of hi-tech agency or in-house full cycle FinTech Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, start up environment - using LinkedIn and JazzHR
Experience working with Tech/Engineering Teams
Agility and ability to pivot in a fast paced start-up environment
Proven track record of providing exceptional candidate closing experience
Self-starter, innovative, collaborative, intellectually curious, resourceful, embraces change
Excellent communicator
Superb organization and prioritization skills
Prior experience in leading successful career fairs
Prior experience building out internship programs
Prior experience working with University career programs
Passion for social media and social presence
Prior experience working in a high recruiting volume environment
Interested in DEI support initiatives and feels comfortable to represent organization that believes in equality and opportunity for all
Ability and desire to be tactical, helpful, and proactive - think outside the box
