We are looking for a Product Manager for our flagship product.
Milyli is hiring an experienced Product Manager to own "the big picture" of our current flagship product, Blackout for Relativity. We seek someone ready to share their experience identifying and validating the metrics that drive revenue-growing product lifecycle decisions. This person will also attend to the details and processes necessary for bringing that vision to life. To do so, they should enjoy self-managed day-to-day work and close collaboration with other product stakeholders. This person should display an ongoing aptitude for creative problem solving and an enthusiasm for leading any teammates in the process.
Your Responsibilities
The Blackout team strives to improve how legal review teams can identify and redact sensitive information such as those required for GDPR or FOIA requests. As a part of the product management team, you will work with our internal teams and customers to improve customer experiences and drive more product usage and inspire product renewal. You will also work to identify product initiatives that will drive new business. You will also collaborate with other product managers to share best practices, workflows and collaborate on our overall product strategy.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Working with customer support and our staff to better understand the needs of our customers
- Leading competitive analysis and customer interviews to identify ideas for improving product experience and capabilities
- Prioritizing existing vetted product backlog with product engineering
- Identifying and document product requirements
- Preparing roadmaps, scoping documents, and other artifacts as a part of the product development process
- Collaborating with marketing and customer support to coordinate product releases
- Collaborating with engineering and test automation to ensure timely feature releases
Your Qualifications
We seek someone who has:
- Five years experience with software product management
- Experience analyzing requirements, writing scoping documents, and prioritizing features and stories
- Experience delivering new functionality while supporting launch success throughout the organization
- Experience working directly with customers/clients
- Experience with backlog tracking tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
- The ability to tie product decisions and recommendation to ROI, data, and other available metrics
Nice to have:
- Experience with customer-facing products, specifically B2B
- Experience with the legal or eDiscovery industries
