Being a Product Manager on our Cloud Services team means...
You will work with iManage Cloud customers, iManage Cloud Engineering, iManage Cloud Services and other internal and external stakeholders to define and manage service offerings which enhance the customer experience for iManage Cloud customers. In this role you will compile feedback, suggest service enhancements, and integrate these enhancements into the Cloud Services roadmap. You will manage the introduction of enhancements to our Cloud Services from inception through to customer availability. You will report to the Sr. Product Manager-Cloud Services as a member of the iManage Cloud Service Team. You will bring prior experience as a product manager for a cloud services provider with a background in information technology or cloud engineering.
iM Getting To...
- Serve as the technical product owner and evangelist for the iManage Cloud Trust Center.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize iManage Cloud customer and iManage partner requirements.
- Partner with key stakeholders in product management, cloud engineering, cloud support, cloud services and customer success, to further refine product requirements and identify ways to enhance Trust Center scalability and functionality.
- Plan, organize, and communicate the product roadmap.
- Break down product and feature releases into executable tasks through close collaboration with software and cloud engineering teams.
- Write stories and define acceptance criteria to execute the product strategy.
- Perform backlog grooming to drive priorities.
- Define, measure, and report on product progress, status, customer adoption and KPIs.
- Manage all aspects of the launch of Trust Center service update including availability and enhancement announcements, development of customer enablement materials, and deployment scheduling.
- Act as the product management point of contact with key vendors.
- Product management of additional services as the iManage Cloud Trust Center reaches maturity.
iM Qualified Because I Have...
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience supporting or implementing information technology or enterprise software.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a product manager for a cloud service provider.
- 1 to 3 years of experience engaging with customers in a service or support role.
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level with a strong technical aptitude.
- Design-focused with the ability to translate user feedback and usage data to requirements.
- Skilled in working effectively with agile teams in an agile framework.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to take independent initiative.
- Experience writing Python or PowerShell scripts which utilize a Rest-API is a plus.
