Summary
The Product Manager forms a tight knit partnership with business stakeholders, designers, engineers, analytics and data teams in order to make hypothesis-driven decisions and test those through the development of new digital products and experiences.
Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the Product Manager leads the development, prioritization, execution and delivery of Hyatt digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing the delivery of enterprise digital products with clear goals and desired outcomes, while receiving guidance and coaching from the Director of Product Management and/or Group Product Manager.
Responsibilities
Design a customer-centric, data-driven product that will intuitively guide guests through the entire travel journey.
Develop, prioritize, and execute an evolving, guest-first product roadmap.
Identify and research data-driven insights; making sound data-driven feature-functionality decisions.
Conduct competitive analyses; research and recommend new offerings to maintain a competitive advantage in an evolving market.
Work collaboratively across design and engineering within the team to prioritize efforts aligned to the roadmap.
Regularly communicate product status to Digital leadership and highlight quantifiable business impacts.
Write and groom user stories that engineers and designers will use to develop working software.
Lead a team of designers, engineers, and testers (through influence) to achieve specific desired outcomes and goals.
Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values.

Qualifications
Experience
3+ years of overall Product Management experience
Proficient digital web & app background, with prior experience delivering enterprise level products and experiences
Experience with hypothesis-driven product development, lean agile tools and methodologies, and data-driven decision making
Ready and eager to receive coaching and mentoring on product management best practices from more senior members of the product management community
Strong communications skills (both oral and written), and comfortable communicating with both junior and senior-level professionals internally and externally
Comfortable managing discussions from both a business and technical lens
Ability to bring clarity to unclear situations
Passionate about improving guest experiences. Self-directed searching out what's broken and sees fixes through
Hands-on experience with Splunk, Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Office, JIRA, and other agile development tools
SQL knowledge a plus
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
Master’s in Business Administration or Human Computer Interaction a plus
